Timber IPA

A somewhat unusual India Pale Ale, produced in collaboration with Galibier, a French mountains brewery. Light blond colour, fair alcohol content although hardly noticeable, it has a moderate bitter taste and a peculiar balsamic aroma conferred not only by hops but also by the pine and spruce buds used in dry hopping.
